l’Opificio at Decorex London Virtual Event

From November 17-19, l’Opificio will be among the exhibitors of DECOREX Virtual Event, la renowned international English exhibition dedicated to the world of interiors. Since more than 40 years DECOREX means excellence for the interior design world.

This year, for the first time in a Virtual set. Many the highlights of the 2020 edition: Sustainability versus greenwash, arts and interior design, team work for the research of excellence, the magic of the artisanal work also in contemporary art, details matter, how important is diversity in design.

 

l’Opificio, after the participation to the Digital Event Il Fuorisalone-Design the City Edition, will present all the 2020 News, that include the new jacquard Fabric collections SCOTT and THICK, the VELLUTO TECH collection and the MURAL PAINTS by WILSON&MORRIS

SCOTT designed by the designer Serena Confalonieri, included in the long list of the finalists of Archiproducts Award, reinterprets in a contemporary and designer interpretation a classical British pattern as the Tartan; THICK, designed by l’Opificio Art Director Barbara Bertoldo, is a refined false unit which, because of how it is weft, proposes a new naturality. All l’Opificio collections underline the company mission for sustainability as they do contain zero-formaldehyde and no heavy metals. l’Opificio does not only mean gorgeous furnishing Jacquard Fabrics for upholstery and interiors, l’Opificio also produce beautiful furnishing Velvet collections which include Velvets in Cotton, Wool, Silk, Linen, Viscose and Trevira and Technical Velvets. The Velluto TECH collection is, for its characteristics and qualities, one of a kind. A High-performance Velvet meant for the high-end Contract and Hospitality sectors. Its characteristics makes it unique: it is water repellent, oil repellent, antifungal and rot resistant, it stands light, it is washable in water 40°. Its Martindale is more than 100 000 and has the highest resistance to pilling. Quality, colour, haptic and healthy are at the core of l’Opificio products.
Furthermore, l’Opificio is also a gorgeous, refined, elegant and above all very personal Home Haute Couture. Cushions, Quilts, Bed-runners, Bed-spreads and Pouf: creations made in Italy by the seamstresses of our atelier which time, care and passion make unique pieces of sartorial high quality. The Cushion collection includes more than 140 original models developed by our designers with the endless opportunities offered by the bespoke service. We take care of each detail: from the designing to the very last production aspect, each product is unique and one of a kind.
Finally, the Pitture Murali l’Opificio by Wilson&Morris. Produced in collaboration with the Emilian company, the Mural Paint collection includes 24 tones perfectly matched with Velvet collections of the Maison. Intensity and profoundness of colour, the philosophy that marks Barbara Bertoldo colour choice for this unique collection.
